Most sales take one to three weeks from initial walkthrough to final cleanout, depending on the size of the estate.
What does it cost?
We work on commission, so there is nothing out of pocket. We will review the exact terms with you at your free consultation.
Do I need to clean or sort anything first?
No. Please do not throw anything away before we walk through. Items that look like clutter are often the ones that sell.
